Greek yogurt with berries and granola

Two things that keep you full : protein and fiber

With this recipe I try to find the highest protein yogurt with the least amount of sugar, and then the highest fiber granola.

Look for greek yogurt that has 5 grams or less of sugar. A good fiber source has at least 3 grams per serving.

2/3 cup plain Oikos Pro greek yogurt

1/4 cup blueberries (handful)

6 strawberries

1/5 cup Julian Bakery Pro Granola Espresso Cluster (14 g fiber per serving)
